For all of our machines, software and data-based communications are developed and owned by Logopak. We can configure any of them to meet your specific needs. We have developed 4 basic modules that can be combined with numerous applicators customized to your specific needs. Logopak has more that 25 years of experience in the design and construction of custom- built machines.

2. LOGOPAK project management

A highly trained and extensively experienced team of project engineers reviews each application and works closely with our manufacturing team to develop production instructions. Every step is coordinated and controlled by the engineer responsible for the project, from the determination of the machine specification, to the documentation and application planning, through manufacturing to the installation at the customer’s site.

3. LOGOPAK print engines

Robust, industrial design – this is NOT a tabletop printer. Available Print widths of 4.1”, 6.3”, 8.3” (104, 160, 210 mm). Designed for thermal transfer and direct thermal printing. Print engine changeover in 5 minutes, with no readjustment required. Designed and built for the demanding industrial environment.

4. LOGOPAK machine construction

Designed for industrial applications. Machine frames are constructed in 10 mm thick ground aluminum, all other parts from stainless steel with all drive parts ground and tempered. Industrial ball bearings and plug connections, Berger-Lahr stepper motors, Festo pneumatics, cabinet construction of welded steel.

Dual 32-bit RISC processors for high computing power, graphical configuration and data communication via RS232 or network integrated Ethernet connection. 4 MB data memory expandable for article files, layouts and logos. Industrial CAN bus for I/O control, flexible programming with SPC high level language. Our own in-house development team drives the company-wide development of system-originated processor technology, design of the electronics, PCB development, enhanced development of firmware and the integration of new technologies such as RFID.

25 years of in-house software development is concentrated in LOGOTOOLS™, our suite of standardized applications available for: label design, data back up, traceability, data administration, synchronization of data records, ZEBRA emulation.

8. LOGOPAK Service

A team of highly-qualified staff in the LOGOPAK Corporation offices can be reached daily for speedy telephone support. Service technicians are assigned to on-site support. With Control Center installed, networked LOGOPAK labelers can be monitored internally and fault messages sent to LOGOPAK technicians and engineers via email or texting. Control Center allows a centralized backup and the simultaneous import of updates to all connected labelers. The remote maintenance module (RSM) allows fast access to the labeler’s system data via a telephone connection.

9. LOGOPAK vertical integration

Most hardware and software components are developed internally and manufactured in our facilities. This ensures close monitoring of quality and quick availability of spare parts.

Our in-house Training Center provides 2-day training courses where our customer's staff is given thorough and practical training on the systems they have installed.
