Logopak’s pallet label printer applicators are unrivaled in the efficiency of their design, the sturdiness of their construction and the flexibility of their operation. Each system is custom designed from four sets of modules to meet the exact needs of each application. Whether it’s applying a label to the front, side, rear or all three faces of a pallet, Logopak has the applicator for the job. Labels are printed as needed and applied to the pallets as they pass by. Each bar code label can be checked with a bar code scanner built into the applicator pad and the data stored on the system. In the case of an unreadable or simply incorrect bar code, a new label is printed to replace the defective one, all automatically and without operator intervention. This way, you can be assured that the pallets you ship are correctly labeled.

Our pallet labeling systems are provided standard with an enclosure featuring automatic trap doors to keep the harsh environment out and keep the mechanical system operating as it should. They can be mounted on stands that change height automatically to meet the needs of applications with variable height pallets. Our applicator arms can extend out to a full 30” on strong rails made from extruded aluminum and wheels with bearings. Their operation is smooth and reliable and can withstand even the harshest of treatments. They articulate using reliable pneumatics and precision machined parts.
