Logopak’s outlook is bright: acquisition by Possehl finalized

Logopak GmbH & Co. KG, a leading manufacturer of industrial print and apply labeling systems has successfully finalized a company succession plan with the purchase of Logopak by Possehl Mittelstandsbeteiligungen GmbH & Co. KG, a wholly owned subsidiary of L. Possehl & Co. mbH.

Logopak was founded in in 1978 and is headquartered in Hartenholm, Germany. Employing the best in German engineering, the company designs and manufactures industrial print and apply labeling equipment with a reputation for precision, performance, reliability and full integration with packaging and logistics systems.
