Cheers – Major Bottler of Wines and Spirits Chooses Logopak

Logopak has been chosen as the print and apply labeling vendor for Constellation Europe's new bottling facility in the UK.  The initial installation called for two 920 PFR print and apply pallet labeling systems for two new production lines being supplied by Krones in Germany.  The Logopak 920 PFR's will meet the requirements of Constellation for three labels per pallet after stretch wrapping.

An additional 920 PFR pallet labeler and two Logopak 515 F90 case / carton labelers were integrated into the carton production lines for "real-time" pallet labeling and "batch" mode for the case labelers.  Six VLP 210 off-line printers were supplied, one of which facilitates hand-application of GS1 compliant labels to pallet loads.  The remaining VLP units were connected to be used as backup solutions to the main automated labeling machines.
