Logopak GmbH & Co. KG, a leading manufacturer of industrial print and apply labeling systems has successfully finalized a company succession plan with the purchase of Logopak by Possehl Mittelstandsbeteiligungen GmbH & Co. KG, a wholly owned subsidiary of L. Possehl & Co. mbH.

Logopak, a leading manufacturer of industrial print and apply labeling systems, has completed enhancements which enable the company to deliver a comprehensive and fully integrated product line to its customers. Key to implementing this coherent and unified approach is Logopak’s new operating system, Power Leap III. The upgraded operating system has been installed throughout the product line.
